Australia Took Complete Control over West Indies in Second Test Match
Melbourne: Australian captain Steve Smith and other three batsmen named Usman Khawaja, Burns and Voges were scored centuries in first Inning against West Indies and got complete control on guest team.
According to sports news, Australia starts batting against West Indies and takes good start by openers. Kangaroo’s batsmen made four three figure innings in which Usman Khawaja scored 144, captain Steve Smith 134*, Burns 128 and Voges 106*, declared on big total of 551-3.
Batsmen of host team were not face the bowling of guest team and any player never takes the chance of fifty against Australia, at the end of the second day they scored only 91 runs on loss of 6 wickets in reply of 551.
Australian fast bowler Peter Siddle bowled very well against host team and got 2 wickets, another pacer James Pattinson got also 2-34 and single spinner of host side Nathan Lyon bowled two players just for 18 runs.
Kangaroos also has powered on host team because lot of runs pending and only four wickets in hand. West Indies captain says that Australia played very well in second test match and we thought we had a excellent position in match but guest host team’s bowlers put us on back foot.
Peter Siddle increased troubles for West Indies because he presented good performance in bowling along with other fast bowlers James Pattinson and Josh Hazelwood. No doubt guest team had some new players but they will try to come on front with good progress.
Adam Voges again scored unbeaten hundred 106, in first test match, he got first double century against West Indies in career. Australia leads the test series by 1-0 and had good position in second test match in result of extraordinary performance presented by batsmen.
