IPL 2016: David Warner’s Unbeaten 93 leads Sunrisers Hyderabad to Sunday Final


Sunrisers Hyderabad magical boy David Warner has beaten Gujarat Lions by his unbeaten 93*, he leads his team to Sunday’s final against Royal Challenger Bengaluru. David Warner smashed 93 won semi-final by four wickets.


Miracle boy David Warner played an unbeaten inning of 93 score secure Sunrisers Hyderabad position in Final of Indian Premier League. Qualifier 2 match was scheduled to play in New Delhi on Friday in which Gujarat Lions has made a cusp of score. Sunrisers Hyderabad has to chase 163; David Warner took responsibility to tackle the bowlers of Gujarat Lion along with Bipul Sharma.


David Warner batted against a tense chase and made his inning remarkable by securing 93 runs only on 58 balls while the other batsman of Sunrisers Hyderabad cut a sorry figure but Warner kept his temperament till victory.

At time David Warner found a strong support with Bipul Sharma, Bipul made a classic inning by hitting all round the ground but become pressurized by Gujarat Lions captain and loss his cool temperament, his timely sizzling sixes to Dhawal Kulkarni and Bhuvneshwar Kumar turn the match in favor of Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Bipul Sharma was got a chance to bat at international level for India in 2010 but this Friday proved worthy as Bipul continue to support David Warner till end of inning with his 33 runs and secured the 7th wicket of Sunrisers.

David Warner not only performed well in the recent Friday match but also lead Sunrisers Hyderabad with his unbeaten eight half centuries in Indian Premier League 2016. Warner took Sunrisers Hyderabad to Sunday’s final against Royal Challenger Bengaluru by driving leg side six on the swinging deliver of Kaushik.
