Islamic State Wants to use Chemical Weapons to Attack on America, Warns US Intelligence


The Director of National Intelligence of United States James Clapper has warned at Munich global security conference that the Islamic State has capability to use and produce chemical weapons against Americans.


The head of Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) Mr. Robert Hannigan was also alongside Clapper on 12 Feb, 2016 at an annual global security conference in Munich, Where the head of US intelligence revealed that the Middle East based Islamist militant organization Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant has acquired chemical weapons.


James Clapper also said during addressing the conference that Islamic State has also used these chemical weapons multiple times while fighting with US military and others.

Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham war has been killed thousands in Middle East as well overseas, while militant organizations and the Syrian government both have accused others of attacking with chemical weapons during the five-year battle.

On the other hand, if take a view of doctors and experts’ statements which was presented in August 2015, Islamic State attacked civilians close to the Syrian city Aleppo which were targeted by the chemical weapons provided by a chemical agent that was composition of thought to be mustard gas.

However, it was also reported that the Islamist militant organization captured chemical weapons palnts in Iraq, though Mr. Clapper addressed in front of a screening of a CBS 60 minutes program which to unveil the impact of a chemical fighting occurred in Syria.

Nevertheless, French Prime Minister Manuel Valls warned in November after the Paris terror attacks of possibility of biological and chemical assaults by Islamic State linking Europe militant group.

Although the threat was ignored by the experts indicating even the most capable extremists are on the way to hit on the west.
