Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif Approve Budget Of Worth Rs 1675 Billion For Year 2016-2017
PM Nawaz Sharif approved budget recommendations for year 2016-2017 by an online video link address with National Economic Council and Federal Cabinet on Monday evening.
Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif addressed with National Economic Council and Federal Cabinet through a video link on Monday, approved a National Development Outlay of Rs 1675 billion for particular two years of 2016-17 while there is another approval of Rs 800 billion only for the federal development program. Mr. Prime Minister also gave instruction for the subsidy on price of Urea fertilizer.
Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Nawaz Sharif linked through a video call from London because he has to undergo an open heart surgery in abroad although the other members of the council have attended the meeting in PM’s office. Prime Minister has set a target of 5.7 percent growth of GDP.
It was decided in the video meeting of Mr. Nawaz Sharif that the agricultural development growth will kept 3.4 percent whereas the inflation rate kept at 6 percent.
The federal development program that budget of 800 million rupees has been approved includes Rs 655 billion just for development while Rs 120 billion is for Prime Minister Youth development program, the rest of 125 billion budget includes Rs 100 billion for rehabilitation of IDP’s (Internally Displaced Persons) and Rs 25 earmarked for the development of gas infrastructure.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif who has to go under an open heart surgery second time in recent five years in London’s hospital where his brother Chief Minister of Punjab Shahbaz Sharif and MNA Hamza Shahbaz Sharif will take care of PM.
PM Nawaz Sharif thanked to political leaders, entire nations and other workers and employees for concerning over his health and appealed the whole nation to pray for his health.
