Russia Launches Airstrike on Islamic State From 1,500 Miles
Finally Russia has taken part in Syrian campaign to remove the complete hold of Middle East’s one of the dangerous militant organizations in Al-Raqqah, situated on the north bank of the Euphrates River and launched bombardment of cruise missiles from a submarine.
British most popular tabloid Dail Mail published a video the Russia advancing in which launching airstrikes on Islamic State hideouts in Syria using cruise missiles from a submarine in the Mediterranean.
According to latest reports, the airstrikes news has been confirmed by Russia’s Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and hopes warship will soon give praiseworthy results.
According to Russian military officials’ statement, the cruise missiles which are being used in this special mission to wreck the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant fighters’ stronghold in Syrian Al-Raqqah, have the ability to travel as far as 1,500 miles at low height.
The Russian Defense Minister further told that bombardment was started on Tuesday aimed to help Syrian government who want to get rid of Islamic States’ militants who are making hell the life of citizens in many regions and cities in Syria.
Sergei Shoigu added that the latest successful bombardment has been destroyed completely ammunition warehouses, oil transportation, and a mine-making factory as well. This shelling is being done from aviation and submarine fleet.
He also said that Moscow still working to improvise its military power with the latest submarine attacks launched from warships in the Caspian Sea and these all gave impressive results.
It also penned in one of the latest reports by unknown source that Russian submarine has arrived suddenly in Syrian Mediterranean coast on early hours Tuesday to begin their pre-planned cruise missiles warship from a long distance.
President Vladimir Putin also appreciated its military’s successful actions aimed help the Syrian government to tackle with Islamic State.
