Russian Foreign Minister: US Is Protecting Syria Jihadist Group “Jabhat Fateh Al-Sham”


The Foreign Minister of Russia Sergei Lavrov said United States is protecting extremist Al-Qaeda jihadist group that affiliated with Syria’s Group, US had broken its promise with Russia as US accused for protecting powerful terrorist group Jabhat Fateh al-Sham.


United States vows Russia to separate the powerful jihadist group “Jabhat Fateh Al-Sham” which is formally known as al-Nusra front, the Russia demands United States to unseat the Syria’s President Bashar al-Assad, US promised Solemnly that it will take it as a priority but now it revealed out US has broken its promise, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told to BBC news.


The Russian spokesperson has revealed The United States has violated its promise because it has not unseated the President of Syria Bashar al-Assad and also not to protect the powerful Jihadist group but United States fails to do so.

The Russian foreign Minister has confirmed Jabhat Fateh al-Sham is completely linked with formally known extremist group al-Nusra that connected to Syria’s Al-Qaeda.

However, the United States has refused the Russian Foreign Minister allegations, the jihadist group Jabhat Fateh al-Sham has announced earlier this year in July that they splits from Al-Qaeda and their leader Abu Mohammed al-Julani has no link with formally known extremist group al-Nusra.

Mark Toner has recently told to some journalists that the attack carried out by United States for months is not actually done and they become intermingled with al-Nusra group and civilians and accused Russian forces not to target Syria.

According to the United Nations, United States has targeted the 400 civilian in which many children includes are killed by their strikes on the city of Aleppo.

Foreign Minister Mr. Lavrov has told to a reported of BBC world news live on television on the anniversary of campaign of Russia in Syria, “They still, in spite of many repeated promises and commitments… are not able or not willing to do this and we have more and more reasons to believe that from the very beginning the plan was to spare Nusra and to keep it just in case for Plan B or stage two when it would be time to change the regime.”
