We have heard from health experts years ago, the deep fried vegetables are not nutritious, while the latest study at the University of Granada in Spain discovered some different result while frying the deep fried vegetables in extra virgin olive oil, becomes more healthy food for all.
The vegetables are nutritious but these make healthier when we make deep fry in addition of phenolic compounds which are rich with antioxidant properties. It also said in report that normally cooking vegetables method is not bad but deep fried is best one and beneficial.
The research was done using deeply fry method on veggies as aubergines, potatoes, tomatoes, and pumpkins, while the same vegetables were boiled as well fried for short time in olive oil to get what difference in both methods.
The study showed large value of fat substance which was expected to these all veggies while along with the antioxidant levels in vegetables also rose after deep frying method. Therefore, oil which we was used deep frying method has rich quality of antioxidation properties that entered in vegetables during the whole process.
However, The Food Chemistry published a report in which it was claimed deep fried method of cooking in olive oil enhance the taste of your food but it also makes your vegetables healthier.
I hope after getting new study on deep fried veggies, you all will vote for the research which proved the defined method makes your food healthier as compared the simple cooking which only boot fat content but never antioxidant.
On the other hand, the health experts also announced a precaution that food lovers must avoid to these deep fried foods as it has heavy fat content which may make your body fatty.
