Lionel Messi Wins Golden Ball Fifth Time FIFA World Player Award in 2016


Famous Argentina’s footballer Lionel Messi won FIFA World Player Award for 5th time in his life; he also won four major FIFA awards from 2009-2012.


Last day, a big ceremony held in presence of many famous footballers for the purpose of attaining the FIFA annual awards in which 28 years old Barcelona’s forward Lionel Messi got the 5th best player award in result of fantastic previous progress in his game.

According to a news report, Lionel Messi is playing for a famous Spanish Football club named Barcelona and gave extraordinary output for the benefit of his franchise in shape of winning previous title. Another big star Portuguese professional footballer Cristiano Ronaldo failed to achieve that award.

Lionel Messi was born on 24 June 1987 in Rosario, Argentina and started career in as sportsman by playing football in childhood. He introduced himself in shape of big footballer in front of whole world by showing his forward game. He also won numerous titles during his professional life for country and famous club Barcelona.

Argentina’s footballer attended the big ceremony of big FIFA World Award along with his wife and many other star players like Cristiano Ronaldo, Neymar and Kaka in which he selected for that gigantic honor for 5th time in his life. He got almost 41.33 percent of total voting points on table.

Now, Lionel Messi took high position in football game because he introduced many records by making large number of goal for his team. He won three pairs of European Golden Shoes in the history of football game. For his club team named Barcelona succeed to get seven La Liga titles and four major UEFA Champions League editions.

Recently, he played football World Cup in which his team did not take victory but now, Messi played very well in domestic season.
